Cancellation Policy

At Cheroots, we acknowledge that situations may arise where you need to cancel your order. To facilitate a smooth process, please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellations Window:

Cancellations are permitted within a 24-hour window from the date of purchase.

Post 24 Hours:

Regrettably, cancellations beyond this 24-hour period cannot be accommodated but we’ll surely help you out, Please reach out to us!

How to Cancel within 24 Hours:

To initiate a cancellation within the first 24 hours from the date of purchase, kindly reach out to us promptly through either of the following channels:

Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return or exchange is only eligible if the product is defective.
Return or exchange is only eligible if you have received a wrong product
COD charges will not be refunded for orders with Cash on delivery method.
For Size related exchange, please drop a mail at support@thecheroots.com for exchange approval. Kindly refer to the size chart before purchasing.
To return your product, you should ship back your product to: I-24, Double Storey,  Lajpat Nagar IV, Lajpat Nagar ,  New Delhi, Delhi-110024

In case of damaged/ tampered packaging:-
The customer is required to reject the delivery. This is the only acceptable response we expect from the customer in such a case.
If the delivery has still been accepted, we would require an unpacking video for the order or images of the packaging before & after unpacking it within 24-48 hours of delivery.

In case of cuts/ holes in the apparel products:-
Confirmation on the packaging being intact with a video/ images of the intact packaging within 24-48 hours of delivery.
